Our Promise We want you to love your order. If something is wrong, we will fix it fast.
When We Refund or Reship If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer:
- A full or partial refund to your original payment method, or
- A free reshipment of the same item
How to Request Email help@averlonlondon.com within 4 days of receiving your order.
Include:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos and a short video of the problem
Requests without proof will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the mistake is ours. Contact us before sending anything back.
Processing Times
- Refunds: within 10 business days after approval
- Reshipments: sent within 2-3 business days after approval
Not Eligible for Refunds
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
Conditions
- Request must be made within 4 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Late or incomplete requests will not be accepted
Disputes and Chargebacks Contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. If a chargeback is opened without contacting us first, we reserve the right to deny future service and submit all evidence to contest the claim.
Abuse Prevention
- Photo and video proof required for all requests
- One request per item only
- Fraudulent or duplicate claims will be denied
