Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. We do not process on weekends or holidays.
Delivery Time After processing, delivery takes 5-8 business days. Total time from order to door: 7-11 business days.
Delays can happen during peak periods. We will always keep you updated.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use it to follow your package all the way to your door.
Delays Delays can happen due to:
- High order volume
- Weather or carrier issues
- Peak holiday periods

Wrong Address Double check your address before placing your order. If you made a mistake, contact us immediately at help@averlonlondon.com. Once shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If this happens, contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us. We will do our best to help.
